We are committed to community development and empowerment (PPM), and we strive to improve the quality of life in communities surrounding mining areas through sustainable development initiatives.

These projects focus on eight areas: education, health, actual income levels (employment), the economy, social and cultural independence, sustainable environmental management, the strengthening of community institutions, and infrastructure development.

We believe that by strengthening our partnerships and cooperation with the government, our employees, and the local communities, we will be able to achieve one of our company’s goals: to build prosperous communities surrounding our mining operations.

As a company with over 12 years of operational experience, Barinto is deeply aware of its responsibility towards the well-being of the communities surrounding its operational areas, which are distributed across five different regions. Therefore, our community development and empowerment programs are an essential part of our corporate social responsibility efforts. Barinto is committed to participating in the regional development of each of its mining sites, continuously building and improving community structures, and enhancing the capabilities of these communities, in order to help them achieve independence and prosperity.
